We have some very exciting news to share with you, fellow Steminists! You may have heard some whisperings, and we are stoked to tell you, that yes, the rumours are true…

As of early June, we will have our Recycled Sounds products on the shelves of a hip, new boutique in Downtown Kamloops. Yesterday, we met with Calli Duncan and Bri Sheppard, of Far and Wide, to finalize the details of our business partnership. We told these super cool lady bosses what Recycled Sounds is all about, why we started up our own business, and what we think it means to be a steminist.

We learned so much from Calli and Bri! Here’s a shot of us talking about Recycled Sounds mid-meeting.

We learned so much from Calli and Bri. They had so many great ideas about how to grow Recycled Sounds and tweek some little things about our current round of ideas. We all really look up to these local business ladies and we’re so happy to be a part of their unique, locally sourced boutique.

For now, you can follow Far and Wide on Instagram and Facebook. Their website will be up and running in no time as well! These incredible business women will have their shop open in early June and we’ll tell you all about their upcoming soft opening as soon as we know!

In other exciting news, the four of us will be hosting a ‘Meet the Makers’ workshop in their gorgeous, downtown location – where you can hang out with us and build your very own Recycled Sounds step by step. More details on that to come!

We are so so so so so so so so SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited about working with Calli and Bri at Far and Wide. With such great role models and mentors to look up to, it makes living this startup life a little bit easier.

Every day we think to ourselves, “Wow, how did we get this far?” And guess what, friends! Tomorrow is another day.
